Many Xbox 360 owners have suffered from the problem of  the ‘perfect circle scratch’ or ‘laser burn’. This results from the console being moved or knocked over while the disc is spinning in the drive, leaving a circular scratch round around the disc. The scratch is typically very deep and completely stops playback.

There are alot of Youtube videos out there claiming that this can be repaired with toothpaste, peanut butter, brasso, furniture polish, windex or other household substances. We won’t comment on the effectiveness of each – all we will say is disc repair is like anything else, you get what you pay for.

Our video shows how our professional disc repair machines will transform a heavily damaged ‘laser burnt’ xbox disc into one that is in ‘like new’ scratch-free condition. It can be played, traded or sold as a ‘like new’ game – can the same be said of the amateur repair methods which can leave your disc looking worse than when you started?
